• A free estimate before work starts, not a number invented after the fact.
• One person, start to finish, working one job at a time rather than juggling five.
• The site gets cleaned up at the end of the day, every day.

The work on this site — carpentry, remodels and new construction, decks, siding, insulation, cabinets, doors, screens, small engine repair, light earthwork and appliance work — is what I can do properly from start to finish. Outside of that, being honest is worth more than the job:

• Gas connections belong to a licensed gas fitter
• New circuits and panel work belong to a licensed electrician
• Septic systems, foundations and large site work belong to a full excavation contractor

If your project falls into one of those, you will hear it on the first call rather than halfway through the work.
